Jai A. Ingraham, MPA is the Chief Diversity Officer & Title IX Coordinator at Jacksonville State University. Following a national search, he was selected as the first person ever to serve in this capacity. Additionally, he serves as the President/CEO of I-Inspire, Inc. an organizational development and public speaking firm. Mr. Ingraham has over 20 years of professional and academic experience in educational management, administrative leadership and public engagement. He has held leadership positions spanning the fields of local government, K-12 education, higher education, non-for-profit, and the private sector. As a noted professional speaker and published author, Mr. Ingraham is a seasoned professional in the areas of cultural diversity, Title IX enforcement and strategic engagement.
Previously, Mr. Ingraham has held academic and administrative positions with Miami-Dade County Public Schools, The University of Phoenix and Florida International University. Mr. Ingraham received a BA in Political Science from Clark Atlanta University, an MPA from Florida International University, and a Graduate Certificate in Educational Administration from St. Thomas University. He has completed doctoral studies at Northeastern University and is a doctoral candidate at St. Thomas University.
