Barsha joined the Department of Public Policy and Administration in Fall 2016. She holds BS in Environmental Science from Tribhuvan University-Nepal and MS in Environment Management from the University of Wolverhampton-UK. Before joining the Ph.D. program in the Department of Public Policy and Administration, she has worked with different non-governmental organizations in Nepal. Her previous works focused on rural livelihood, climate change adaptation, and disaster risk reduction. Her current research is related to inter-organizational collaboration in post-disaster recovery.
